The landscape of insurance and third party payors can be confusing for just about anyone.  As a professional in behavioral health, navigating the world of insurance is important as you work with individuals seeking treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.

This one hour online workshop will provide:

• An overview of the current insurance terminology and what it means.

• Answers to some of the more relevant questions we field in outreach and admissions

• Positive language to use when responding to fear around what insurance will cover.
